★You may include both UPPERCASE and lowercase letters as well as NUMBERS and any of our SPECIAL SYMBOLS (as displayed above) when selecting your unique personalisation.

★Kindly note that we are only able to add 2 of the same of a few specific symbols. If there is only one stamp available of a specific symbol and you have selected it twice on one item then we will automatically place it at the end. For example: 🇬🇧JACK🇬🇧 – Would be done as below:

★Symbols that C A N be used twice on one item include: Heart outline, Solid heart, Interlocking Hearts, Silhouette of Africa, Heart in Africa, Crown, Stars, Christian Cross, Pawprints, North Star and the Aeroplane.

★Please ensure that your personalised text/symbols are entered exactly as you wish to see them on your purchase. This includes CAPITAL and lowercase letters. First names look elegant and smart in all Uppercase “SIENNA”, while lowercase is beautiful and a little more casual/young “Sienna”.

★Once your order has been placed you will receive an email confirming all details of your order. If you notice that there is something that is not quite how you would like it, please be sure to let us know as soon as possible so that our team can log it before your order is processed.
